Commitment and responsibility **Butcher / Cutter** **Job Summary** We are looking for a butcher / cutter with proven experience handling beef and pork to join our team at the Centro branch. The ideal candidate is committed, proactive, and has hands-on experience in meat production and operation of butchery tools. **Main Responsibilities** * Deboning and handling pork and beef cuts. * Preparation of steaks and various meat cuts. * Operation of grinder and saw. * Daily meat production for display counter and orders. * Cleaning and maintaining order in the work area. * General support in butchery tasks. **Requirements** * Demonstrable experience as a butcher or cutter. * Essential experience handling beef and pork. * Knowledge of saw and grinder usage. * Ability to work under constant production pace. * Commitment and responsibility. **Schedule** Monday to Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Salary** $15,400 monthly. **Location** Zona Centro, Veracruz.
