**HOTEL VERACRUZ CENTRO HISTORICO IS HIRING** **CASHIER RECEPTIONIST** Requirements: \- Conversational English \- Availability to rotate shifts (6:30\-14:30hrs, 14:30\-22:30hrs or 22:30\-06:30hrs) \- Proficient in Microsoft Office software \- Preferred degree in tourism or technical studies related to hospitality, tourism or similar fields Main responsibilities: * Guest check-in and check-out, as well as attending guest requests during the shift * Room assignments * Selling walk-in reservations * Promoting hotel services and products * Resolving any conflicts that may arise during the shift * Performing cash register closing and handing over ready for the next shift * Shift handover including pending tasks and incident log Work schedule: 8-hour shifts, with one weekday off; night shifts rotated when the night auditor is on leave, vacation, or sick leave.
