Job Summary: We are seeking a creative Architect to transform maritime containers into high-end habitable spaces, overseeing 3D design and on-site execution. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an **Architect** with strong creative ability in 3D design and impeccable on-site execution. Your role will be pivotal in transforming maritime containers into high-end habitable spaces, ensuring structural integrity and watertightness in every project. **What You’ll Do With Us (Main Responsibilities)** * **Documentation and Control:** Preparation of detailed photographic reports for technical tracking and evidence of construction progress. * **Design Engineering:** Accurate interpretation and modification of architectural/structural drawings according to project requirements. * **Quality Assurance:** Guaranteeing the **watertightness and airtightness** of modified containers, supervising critical sealing and finishing work. * **Construction Management:** Overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety standards. **What We’re Looking For in You** **Technical Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture, Civil Engineering**, or a related field. * **Design Software:** Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD (2D/3D)** and mastery of modeling and rendering tools such as Autodesk Revit or SketchUp Studio. * **Budgeting:** Basic knowledge of **Neodata or Opus** (Preferred). * **Administration:** Proficiency in Excel for input control and reporting. * **Construction Experience:** Ability to manage personnel and resolve unforeseen issues on construction sites. **Soft Skills:** * **Leadership and Proactivity:** Capacity to lead teams and anticipate technical problems. * **Strategic Communication:** Ability to report progress to management and coordinate with internal departments and suppliers. * **Critical Thinking:** Focus on resolving technical conflicts under pressure. **What We Offer:** * Competitive base salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Free parking. * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Complimentary uniforms.
