Key role in payroll processing and tax compliance **Payroll Analyst** * **Location:** CDMX – Tlalpan * **Work Mode:** 100% on-site * **Salary:** $10,400 gross **Excellent opportunity to grow and develop within a leading Mexican Big Company in its sector!** **Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits** * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Gross salary: **$10,400 monthly** (100% payroll-based scheme). * 30% vacation bonus * 30-day Christmas bonus (aguinaldo) * Subsidized cafeteria * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers: $1,700 * Savings fund **Job Objective:** To appropriately and timely review, enter, and execute payroll processes, ensuring accurate calculations and compliance with tax and social security obligations, thereby guaranteeing reliable and timely payments to employees. **Main Responsibilities** * Review and enter payroll incidents, ensuring accurate calculations. * Execute payroll and severance payment processes, verifying amounts and disbursement accounts. * Timely address business unit requests. * Operate payroll systems (PRONOM, IDSE, SUA, CFDI, Risk Premium). * Enter employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary modifications into IDSE. * Calculate and validate SUA, ISR, and other applicable tax payments. * Prepare payroll summary reports, annexes, and CFDI stamping. * Provide accurate and timely information for internal and external audits. * Participate in training sessions to improve system usage and reduce errors. **Required Profile** * **Education:** Relevant degree (e.g., Administration, Accounting, Finance, or similar). * **Knowledge:** Tax laws, IMSS, INFONAVIT, annual processes, payroll calculation, Office suite (advanced Excel: pivot tables, formulas), Access, and SUA. * **Skills:** Mental agility, analytical and synthetic thinking, ability to work under pressure, adherence to rules, frustration tolerance, organizational skills. * **Competencies:** Planning and organization, results orientation, teamwork, control, and service orientation. **If you seek job stability, professional growth, and an organized, collaborative work environment, this opportunity is for you.** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $10,399.00 - $10,400.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers * Restaurant vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
