Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Operations Assistant to ensure compliance with operational requirements and security protocols in the transportation of goods. Key Responsibilities: 1. Review and validate cargo and asset documentation 2. Inspect and secure unit seals 3. REQUIREMENTS: Completed high school education Proficiency in Microsoft Office. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Review and validate customer cargo or unloading documentation, as well as asset documentation (tractors and trailers), to ensure compliance with operational requirements. - Review and validate completion of the dispatch checklist to ensure all required verifications have been completed prior to unit departure. - Inspect and secure unit seals to comply with security protocols and ensure cargo integrity. - Verify and confirm operator and unit availability at the branch to fulfill scheduled cargo assignments. - Generate and archive photographic evidence of unit dispatches to document cargo condition and prevent discrepancies upon arrival.
