**Job Description:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field. **General Objective:** Ensure reliability processes are executed according to test request requirements and work instructions. **Knowledge, Experience, Skills:** * Basic knowledge of power tool construction, assembly, and functionality. * Microsoft Office intermediate level. * 1\-3 years of experience in Quality, Reliability, Manufacturing, Test Lab or related field. * Intermediate English level. * Basic/Intermediate knowledge of GD\&T. * Quality audit experience **desirable, minimum 6 months.** * Basic problem \- solving knowledge: 8D, A3, 5 Whys. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain 6S in the Reliability workshop, including scrap procedure follow-up. * Perform daily process audits using Fast Response format and support weekly reporting. * Lead tear\-down process for failed tools. * Create quality alerts for failed tests and critical TPA incidents. * Prepare daily end\-of\-shift reports with clear and understandable information.
