Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Assistant to provide support in electricity, painting, cleaning, and equipment maintenance at corporate offices and branches. Key Highlights: 1. General support in electricity, painting, and fine cleaning 2. Maintenance of air conditioning systems, cold rooms, and washable air units 3. Teamwork and organization **MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** (Work at corporate office and branches) **REQUIREMENTS:** * Proven experience in this position: minimum 2 years * Must reside in Torreón; easy access to the Americas Industrial Park * Flexible availability for work schedule * Minimum education: completed junior high school **SKILLS:** * Organized and able to work in a team **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * General support in electricity, painting, and fine cleaning. Maintenance of: air conditioning systems, cold rooms, and washable air units WE OFFER: * Base salary: **$10,000 MXN per month (tax-free)**.
