Organizational Implementation and Development A leading company in La Laguna seeks to formalize and strengthen its Human Resources department and is looking for: **HR Manager – Organizational Implementation and Development** **Position Objective** Design, implement, and execute core Human Resources processes, ensuring proper personnel administration, regulatory compliance, and development of a robust organizational culture. **Main Responsibilities:** **1\. Talent Management and Culture** * Design and implement organizational culture (mission, vision, and values). * Coordinate initiatives to strengthen workplace climate. * Administer workplace climate surveys and develop action plans. * Conduct performance evaluations. * Develop career and life planning programs. **2\. Training and Development** * Identify training needs (TNA). * Develop and implement the annual training plan. * Deliver internal training courses and/or coordinate external training providers. * Coordinate onboarding and induction processes. **3\. Recruitment and Selection** * Execute end-to-end recruitment processes (local and external). * Post job vacancies, conduct interviews, screen candidates, and administer psychometric assessments. * Ensure timely staffing coverage. **4\. Personnel Administration** * Maintain employee files and contracts. * Track attendance-related incidents: absences, leaves, vacations, etc. * Support payroll preparation (incidents, overtime, etc.). * Provide direct support to employees (questions, conflicts, internal policies). * Assist with separation processes and final settlements. **5\. Compliance and Processes** * Implement and monitor NOM-035 (STPS). * Ensure compliance with internal regulations and policies. * Propose and implement HR improvement initiatives. **6\. Communication and Reporting** * Present HR departmental metrics. * Prepare executive reports (workplace climate, performance, turnover, etc.). **7\.
