Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer/Technician with experience in remote and on-site support for equipment maintenance, configuration, and repair, as well as project development. Performance bonus **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Technical Diploma in Computer Systems or Information Technology **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in remote and/or on-site support **Knowledge:** · Creating backups, formatting, and installing software and hardware · Basic structured cabling **(preferred)** · Protocols and configuration of Active Directory accounts, domains, and VPN connections **Responsibilities:** · Preparing and configuring new Windows 10 or newer systems · Configuring applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint · Corrective and preventive maintenance · Repairing computers and peripheral devices · Configuring security policies · Installing and configuring antivirus and security consoles · Installing and configuring peripheral devices · Developing infrastructure projects for structured cabling (training for new hires) **We Offer:** · Salary: $12,000 MXN per month, tax-free · Ongoing training · Performance bonus equal to 50% of base salary · Travel allowances for both domestic and local assignments · Overtime pay (if applicable) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM **Apply now and attach your CV!** Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment Work Location: On-site employment Salary: $12,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
