Requirements: * Completed **Bachelor's degree** in QFB, Clinical Chemistry, or related field (**Degree and Professional License are MANDATORY**). * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in a clinical laboratory (high-level professional internships considered). * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in laboratory information management systems (LIMS), quality control, and analytical phases (pre-analytical, analytical, post-analytical). * **Skills:** High attention to detail, professional ethics, analytical thinking, and ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities: * Perform processing and analysis of biological samples (Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Immunology, Microbiology, etc.). * Ensure technical and clinical validation of results prior to reporting. * Supervise and execute daily internal and external quality controls. * Perform calibration, preventive maintenance, and operation of state-of-the-art automated equipment. * Strictly comply with health regulations (NOM\-007\-SSA3, NOM\-087\-ECOL\-SSA1\). * Provide technical support and consultation to physicians and patients regarding analytical parameters.
