Position Summary: We are seeking an operational auditor to ensure the proper execution of field operations, identify deviations, and guarantee service quality. Key Highlights: 1. We are experiencing continuous growth and aim to strengthen our field operational control. **Position Objective** Ensure the correct execution of field operations through operational audits of installation crews, identifying deviations, incidents, and improvement areas not detected by coordinators, thereby guaranteeing service quality and compliance with standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct field and remote audits of installer technicians’ activities. * Detect operational errors, poor practices, and installation deviations. * Analyze incidents and perform root cause diagnostics. * Provide timely follow-up on critical incidents until resolution. * Validate evidence of completed work (photos, reports, systems). * Generate executive reports with findings and action plans. * Identify recurring failure patterns in operations. * Ensure process compliance by coordinators and installation crews. * Propose operational improvements and corrective actions. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree. * Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, operational support, or auditing. * Experience handling and tracking incidents. * Telecommunications experience or crew management experience is desirable. * Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with control tools (CRM). **Competencies** * High-level analytical ability and attention to detail. * Critical thinking. * Ability to work under pressure. * Assertive communication. * Problem-solving orientation. * Indirect leadership. **Join Sluten and be part of connectivity.** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
