




Job Summary: Payroll Analyst for a growing company, responsible for payroll calculation and administration, and compliance with tax and labor obligations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Payroll calculation and administration, and compliance with tax obligations. 2. Management of payroll and ERP systems, as well as tax determination. 3. Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving. **Work as a Payroll Analyst.** **RAAF** is a logistics and international transportation company with continuously evolving processes and a strong commitment to operational excellence and employee well-being; it is currently undergoing **expansion** to strengthen its operations and expand its team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field. * **Courses or certifications in:** Payroll, labor legislation, social security, ISR (Income Tax), IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, IDSE, and/or payroll systems. * **Experience:** Proven 1–3 years of experience in payroll calculation and administration, and compliance with tax and labor obligations. * **Language:** Intermediate English (**MANDATORY**) for corporate reporting and internal communication. **KNOWLEDGE OF:** * Weekly payroll calculation, severance payments, and settlements. * Payroll and ERP system management. * Payroll-related tax calculation and filing. * IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, SUA, and IDSE. * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting, and data analysis). **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:** * Attention to detail and numerical accuracy. * Administrative organization and control. * Analysis and problem-solving. * Adherence to deadlines. * Effective communication and teamwork. **THE ACTUAL SALARY FOR THIS POSITION WILL BE PROVIDED DURING THE SELECTION PROCESS** Salary: $8,821\.12 \- $10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
