This expansive property will feature 96 beautifully appointed guest rooms and 61 residences, located along the “tourist corridor” between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo atop the breathtaking Baja California Sur, offering stunning ocean views where the Sea of Cortés meets the Pacific Ocean. Amenities will include three restaurants, three resort pools, an outdoor fitness center, Spa \& Spa Garden, and a clubhouse event space. **Be You** As a **Kitchen Runner**, you will support the kitchen brigade in food preparation and ensure all supplies and work areas are organized, clean, and ready for service. You will actively collaborate in receiving, storing, sanitizing, and staging ingredients, as well as in basic food preparation during service. **Knowledge and Skills** ------------------------------- **Education:** * High school diploma. **Experience:** * Minimum 6 months in a similar role. * Experience in luxury hospitality (preferred). **Skills:** * Knowledge of kitchen quality and hygiene standards. * Ability to read, write, and communicate in Spanish. * Integrity and ethical focus in all activities. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team and solve problems in an organized manner. * Act confidently and prudently within the kitchen area. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, equipment, and supplies before handling food. * Support mise en place preparation and proper organization of supplies required for service. * Collaborate in food production and preparation during service, following instructions from the kitchen brigade. * Ensure correct storage arrangements for food items and utensils. * Verify that all supplies are in optimal condition prior to use. * Have all **mise en place** elements prepared and meeting required quality standards before service begins. **What to Expect?** * Be part of a cohesive team with a family-oriented spirit * Have opportunities to build a successful career with global potential * Work in a diverse and challenging environment and interact with leadership teams * Be recognized for your achievements **About Four Seasons Hotels \& Resorts:** Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts opened its first hotel in 1961, and its story is one of continuous innovation, remarkable expansion, and unwavering dedication to the highest standards.
