Recognition of punctuality and strong performance **JOIN THE YELLOW FORCE** **"WAREHOUSE WORKER"** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Inventory control * Control of service units * Supervision of operational staff * Customer interaction * Order and cleanliness * Completion of logbooks and internal operating system (TRACKPOINT) * Quality in loading and unloading (timeliness, cleanliness) * 100% OPERATIONAL POSITION **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education * Minimum age of 23 years * 1 year of experience * Proactive, responsible, team-oriented, highly organized * Positive attitude and ability to handle pressure * Valid INE and Tax Certificate\- **Mandatory** **SALARY:** $13,750\.00 gross per month * **WORK SCHEDULE:** Mon\-Fri: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm / Sat: 8:00 am to 1:30 pm * **LOCATION:** Blvd. Vito Alessio Robles 2695, Nazario Ortiz Garza, 25730 Saltillo, Coah. **STATUTORY BENEFITS UPON HIRES:** Full IMSS registration, statutory vacation days, vacation bonus, statutory Christmas bonus (aguinaldo), and profit-sharing. **ADDITIONAL BENEFITS UPON HIRES:** * Punctuality bonus: 7% of nominal salary * Retention bonus upon completion of the 3rd month * Direct employment contract with the company * Grocery vouchers: 5% (after completing 40 days) * Variable productivity bonus based on tons handled **BENEFITS AFTER COMPLETING PROBATION PERIOD (AFTER 3 MONTHS):** * School support (for children)\- **August only** * Support for birth, marriage, or bereavement To apply for this position, submit your updated CV through this channel.
