In the operations area, we are seeking **On-site Systems and Network Technicians**, whose primary objective is to provide first-level support to various Sonda Mexico clients. You will receive on-site assignments from your home location and then travel to assigned sites within your zone — enabling you to enjoy a healthy work-life balance. **Technical Responsibilities:** * Router and switch configurations (WAN and LAN levels) * Changing quality-of-service profiles * Remote cloud-based connectivity * TFTP access * SSH access * IOS updates for routers and switches * Checklist reporting process with supporting evidence * Loading configurations onto routers and switches **Requirements:** * Knowledge of LAN-based communication equipment connectivity * Experience identifying network demarcation points * Knowledge of routing and switching * Knowledge of telephone infrastructure deployment * Knowledge of network components (cabling) * Willingness to travel **Guadalajara Area** Come expand your limits, make a difference, and discover the value of being part of our team.
