Description:
**General Purpose**
Collect, organize, analyze, and record daily payroll incidents, as well as provide personnel administration services by analyzing registration, calculation, and reporting activities related to staff incidents—ensuring compliance with corporate payroll policies and procedures—to guarantee accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Verify daily staff attendance records, consolidating and maintaining updated information in SAP so that all generated incidents are accurately reflected in staff payments and deductions.
* Consolidate and update staff uniform sizes, submitting requisitions to the General Warehouse and recording reservations in SAP to comply with the collective bargaining agreement regarding semiannual uniform and PPE deliveries.
* Coordinate with the Employer Obligations Department to analyze requirements for IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT by locating clarifying documents to facilitate cancellation and avoid penalties or incorrect payments.
* Verify supplementary deductions and payments with the Corporate Payroll Department, tracking such requests from agencies including FONACOT and INFONAVIT to ensure timely processing in the next immediate biweekly payroll cycle.
* Advise Supervisory Staff on the application and compliance with the Internal Work Regulations through training and upon request by the Operations Manager, fostering improved relations between supervisors and staff.
**Experience Profile**
1 year, Recruitment and Selection.
Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law.
**Education**
Education: University degree in Administration, Psychology, or related field.
