Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and facilities, applying your knowledge and skills in a water infrastructure product manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Apply knowledge and skills in equipment diagnosis and repair. 2. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure production availability. 3. We are immediately seeking a **Maintenance Technician** to join our Northwest Pipe team in San Luis Río Colorado, Sonora. **We Offer:** * Life and funeral expense insurance * 20 days of year-end bonus pay * Meal vouchers * Transportation * Punctuality and attendance bonuses * 5% savings fund contribution * 3 fully paid sick days per year * Monday–Friday work schedule **Our Values:** * Accountability means completing our work on time and taking responsibility for our actions. * Commitment means not only promising to do something, but investing the necessary effort and actions to make it happen. * Teamwork is essential, as is effective communication across all areas. **ABOUT THE JOB:** As a **Maintenance Technician**, you will apply your knowledge and skills to: * Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and facilities. * Adjust and repair components as needed. * Perform preventive maintenance tasks to detect early signs of failure or misalignment. * Communicate with and listen to operators, suppliers, and other maintenance personnel to ensure machine production availability. * Work from machine design drawings, specifications, and manuals. * Repair and perform assigned maintenance on plant equipment and facilities. * Install new equipment and assemblies. * Modify equipment and facilities. * Operate the following types of equipment: conveyors, screw drives, compressors, gears, motors, pneumatic tools, etc. * Repair facilities such as clamps, frames, supports, railings, stairs, walkways, etc. * Perform basic electrical repairs **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:** * Prior experience as a maintenance technician in a basic industry manufacturing plant. * Experience in machinery and equipment repair and maintenance. * Experience and knowledge in electrical control systems. *Northwest Pipe Company is committed to equal employment opportunity and affirmative action.
