Join our team as an RGD Advisor **Mission:** Provide technical consultation to RGD customers across TH, DTH, HHE, RBE ROT, and RGU product lines, aiming to promote products for various mine operations, resolve product claims, and demonstrate performance to customer satisfaction. **What will be my responsibilities?** \[1] Know and be capable of demonstrating RGD products on drilling equipment in operation. \[2] Establish contacts with customers at warehouse and operations superintendent levels. \[3] Advise and recommend RGD products to end customers. \[4] Support RGD Product Specialists in developing TTM (Time-to-Market) plans for assigned customers and/or regions. \[5] Support RGD Product Specialists in sales forecasting and/or regional planning. \[6] Conduct and report periodic visits to direct supervisor and establish a visit plan. \[7] Support and train end users or drillers in the field and classroom during customer visits. \[8] Assist customers in evaluating products and consumables through field trials. \[9] Monitor and control inventory of best-selling consumables to maintain adequate stock levels. \[10] Support RGD Product Specialists in preparing visit reports and provide recommendations to customers to improve RGD product productivity. \[11] Generate and submit relevant activity reports to the Product Specialist. \[12] Collaborate with equipment sales representatives, customer service personnel, and technical service teams. \[13] Participate in internal and external training activities with customers. **The ideal candidate for this position:** Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles (field technical assistance or support in mining). Knowledge of drilling products (TH, DTH, HHE, RBE, ROT, or RGU). Intermediate English (technical reading and conversation). Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel frequently. Residence in Zacatecas or willingness to relocate. **Desirable qualifications:** SAP knowledge. Experience delivering technical training to end users. Prior experience with RGD tool brands.
