




Job Summary: Professional responsible for ensuring product inspection and release, coordinating corrective actions with suppliers, and documenting validations, using advanced measuring equipment. Key Points: 1. Ensures inspection and release of raw materials and first articles. 2. Supervises suppliers’ corrective actions to ensure quality. 3. Uses CMM and statistical methods for part dimensioning. **ACTIVITIES:** * Ensure raw material inspection. * Inspection and release of first articles for validation. * Supervise supplier corrective action processes to ensure resolution issues are identified and verified, as well as implemented. * Enter reports of released product material for shipment into the inventory system. * Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse, and Quality departments regarding special shipments of finished products. * Inspection of first articles for validation. * Integration of records for documentation of validations and protocols for new part numbers. * Perform special dimensions on parts using coordinate measuring machine (CMM). * Prepare reports for part dimensioning. **REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:** * Completed university degree (Industrial Engineering or related field) * 2–5 years of work experience * Ability to read and interpret drawings and dimensional tolerances * Proficiency in using measuring equipment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Statistical methods (SPC, CPK, and GRR) * Core tools (PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, FMEA) * Experience supervising personnel at Auditor and Inspector levels * Experience operating CMM * Proactive * Dynamic * Strong analytical skills * Excellent communication skills * Organized Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,301.97 – $24,603.44 per month Work location: On-site employment
