Together, we lead the way toward more sustainable mining and construction. **Join our team!** **Your Mission:** Provide support for the Tools (RGD) product line across all its constituent product lines, ensuring that KPIs established for the three contract types—Cost per Meter, Guaranteed Performance, and Consignment—are maintained under control. KPIs will be defined case by case, with the most important including performance, drilling speed, and total integrated drilling value, among others. These KPIs are agreed upon with each customer, aligned with contractual needs and specificities. Additionally, generate necessary information to present accurate tool-usage data to customers—e.g., performance metrics, consumption rates, costs, areas for improvement, recommendations for new products, etc. **Location:** On-site in Hermosillo. Shift schedule: 14x2 and/or 5x2, depending on project requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Know and be able to demonstrate operationally the various products of the Drilling Tools (Tools) division across multiple mining operational equipment. * Establish contact with end-user customers in operations departments and supervision roles. * Conduct field reviews of operating equipment to provide technical support for used products. * Deliver field and classroom training to end users and supervisors. * Perform drill bit sharpening and any other maintenance activities for drilling tools. * Maintain control of drilling tools within exchange systems. * Monitor and manage consumables inventory to maintain an accurate critical list. * Support the RGD Product Specialist in preparing test reports for new products and provide customer recommendations to improve RGD product productivity. * Keep customer-related databases updated and verified. * Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports. * Participate in internal and external training activities with customers. * Notify changes in lithology, operations, or equipment acquisition occurring under the contract. **Requirements:** * Required education level: Bachelor’s degree or Technical diploma.
