Welcoming, diverse, and inclusive environment **Warehouse Associate Job Opportunity Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Operator responsible for managing all shipping and receiving orders through loading and unloading trucks. **Job Responsibilities:** * Accurately record all incoming and outgoing shipments, which may range from small packages to large pallets. * Load and unload materials from trucks. * Cycle counts * Verify counts of all incoming and outgoing products. * Package all outgoing products to ensure they reach customers in optimal condition. * Notify the appropriate contact person(s) via email regarding shipments that have arrived or departed. * Organize shipment reconciliations for the Parts Manager upon request. * Record all outgoing shipments and shipping requests. * Correctly label all received products. * Properly place all incoming products for the replenishment warehouse employee. * Record all incoming shipments in the Receiving Logbook. * Prepare appropriate accounting documentation related to goods receipt. * Scan and record all documentation related to incoming packages in the appropriate structure. * Select and package parts for customers picking up in-store. * Select parts for repair orders and document the chain of custody for parts. * Operate in alignment with the warehouse’s organizational objectives. * Deliver and pick up parts as needed. **Work Experience and Qualifications:** * High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED); or more than 6 months of combined education, training, and experience equivalent. * Must possess forklift operator certification or be able to obtain it through training within 30 days of hire. * Extensive hands-on knowledge of warehouse procedures and practices, as well as UPS WorldShip. * Computer and software proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite. **Employee Rewards and Benefits:** * Statutory holidays per Mexican Federal Labor Law * Life insurance * Training paid by the company * Growth and leadership opportunities **About the Company:** W.W.
