Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to define and manage resources, optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve production efficiency in manufacturing. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance **General Responsibilities:** Define and manage the resources required to manufacture products, optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve overall production efficiency. **Competencies:** Teamwork, Initiative, Problem Solving, Communication, Results/Quality Orientation. **Job Duties:** * Supervise manufacturing processes, provide on-site support, and analyze non-conformities to define corrective and improvement actions. * Conduct training programs for production personnel and develop standardized operating and inspection procedures. * Evaluate raw materials and manufacturing equipment to ensure efficiency and quality. * Responsible for establishing and promoting a safe working environment. * Ensure compliance with procedures and good manufacturing practices. * Generate reports required by management. * Meet production plans within established quality/efficiency targets and company metrics. * Knowledge of TIG, MIG welding, plasma cutting, carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum processes. * Tooling handling. \* Knowledge of measuring, cutting, and other equipment. **Required Experience:** * **Education:** Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years in manufacturing (metal/metallic, MIC-TIC welding processes). * Effective communication with subordinates. * Ability to work under pressure. * Time availability. * English proficiency **(INTERMEDIATE).** * Proficiency in Office software **(INTERMEDIATE).** * Age **(28\- 40 years).** Interested candidates please send CV to **contratacionrh.mxd@ohsunghq.co.kr** and WhatsApp **6863677990** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,400\.00 \- $21,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Free beverages * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Company phone * Grocery vouchers Experience: * Production: 3 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
