Career development plan within the company Commercial City: SONORA Publication Date: Apr 22, 2026 Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays: 9 AM to 2 PM Description: **CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS ASSISTANT** **Position Objective** Timely and properly handle assigned Service Reports by conducting daily reviews of each report to address customer requirements using management tools, thereby delivering a satisfactory response to the request. **Job Functions or Activities** Report on services entering Shipment Control by performing daily scans of shipments, supported by information from visit and control labels, via the CRM\-SOLUCIONA shipment management system, to evaluate and manage customer attention, service, and support. Provide operational feedback regarding process deviations. Execute customer calls for shipments entered into Shipment Control in a timely and proper manner, through the daily coordination process for shipments and customer calls, to evaluate and manage customer attention, service, and support. Provide operational feedback regarding process deviations. Generate reports for shipments requiring them, by tracking incidents related to shipments according to the operational cycle process, to promptly notify and coordinate shipments. Requirements * Minimum Education: High School / Technical Degree. * Work Experience: More than 6 months. * Basic Office software knowledge. * Indicator tracking.
