OTHER: Basic ERP knowledge (SAP), Microsoft V.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Meet sales and billing standards. * Deliver outstanding customer service through the communication channels established by TBC Mexico at its branches. * Achieve sales targets for assigned customers. * Achieve collection targets for assigned accounts receivable. * Provide optimal sales and after-sales service through a customer-centric approach. * Manage petty cash. * Safeguard stationery, files, and forms. * Administer merchandise outbound vouchers. * Track merchandise returns. * Safeguard duplicate vehicle keys. * Administer and generate parcel shipping guides. * Monitor payment application status. * Request credit notes (NC) and apply them. * Close point-of-sale (TPV) transactions. * Reconcile accounts receivable. * Administer and generate daily billing reports. * Submit vendor registration requests.
