Responsibilities: - Schedule personnel, tourism, and special transportation services. - Manage operator assignments, designated routes, and their breaks. - Oversee at least 50 vehicles and an equivalent number of operators. - Resolve conflicts with operators. - Monitor vehicles via GPS. - Ensure scheduled services are delivered on time and as required. Requirements: - Age between 25 and 50 years. - Experience in GPS monitoring. - Leadership attitude, teamwork skills, and group management ability. - Flexible availability (rotating shifts). - High school diploma or higher. - Experience in personnel transportation or urban transportation (preferred).
