The ideal candidate will be responsible for **developing technical and commercial proposals**, ensuring the competitiveness and viability of our wind power projects. This role is fundamental to our commercial and business development department, acting as a bridge between the technical requirements of projects and our customers’ expectations. We seek a proactive individual with strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Development and management of technical and commercial proposals:** Prepare detailed proposals for wind power projects, including technical analysis, cost estimation, scheduling, and economic justification. * **Technical analysis of projects:** Evaluate the technical feasibility of new opportunities in the **wind power sector**, considering factors such as topography, wind studies, grid access, and applicable regulations. * **Business development:** Identify and assess new business opportunities in the wind power market, both nationally and internationally. * **Customer liaison:** Maintain fluent and professional communication with current and prospective customers, understanding their needs and effectively presenting our solutions. * **Cross-departmental collaboration:** Work closely with engineering, project development, legal, and finance departments to ensure proper proposal preparation and project execution. * **Market and competitive analysis:** Monitor the wind power market, identifying trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to optimize our proposal strategies. * **Negotiation:** Actively participate in contract and commercial terms negotiation phases. * **Post-sales technical support:** Provide technical support to project teams and customers during execution and operation phases. * **Risk management:** Identify and assess risks associated with projects and submitted proposals. **Job Requirements:** * **Education:** University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, Civil or related field). * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of proven experience in similar roles, preferably in the **wind power sector**, or in energy companies focused on renewables. * **Technical knowledge:** In-depth knowledge of the **wind power sector**, including turbine technologies, wind farm design, grid interconnection, and specific regulations. * **Proposal development experience:** Demonstrated experience in **developing technical and commercial proposals** for renewable energy projects, especially wind power. * **Commercial skills:** Ability to understand customer needs, present value-driven solutions, and negotiate effectively. * **Software proficiency:** Advanced proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel); knowledge of project management software and CRM systems is advantageous. * **Languages:** Fluency in Spanish. Proficiency in English or other languages is a plus. * **Skills:** Excellent analytical ability, problem-solving, organization, planning, and teamwork skills.
