We are looking for talent: **PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT** **Requirements:** * Technical high school diploma or incomplete/completed bachelor’s degree in administrative fields, business, or supply chain. * Experience: 1–3 years in procurement, inventory, or administration. * Technical skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel). * Competencies: Negotiation, attention to detail, effective communication, and decision-making. * Prior experience in civil construction projects is desirable. **Main Responsibilities:** · Request, compare, and evaluate supplier quotations based on price, quality, and delivery timelines. · Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring approvals and supplier receipt. · Monitor order status and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely deliveries. · Supervise stock levels, conduct physical inventories, and record goods receipts/issuances. · Update databases and manage filing of invoices, contracts, and supplier documentation. **Work Location:** San Luis Rio Colorado, Son. **We Offer:** * Salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for development in high-impact projects.
