Description and details of responsibilities
* Review daily attendance list before submitting it to management.
* Verify that all areas have the required personnel to meet the work plan.
* Personnel management.
* Production reports (lbs packaged/hr, scrap, etc.).
* Submit inspected production reports at the end of each shift.
* Deliver work orders in advance for new orders.
* Line balancing.
* Planning fruit requirements for packing orders—whether whole or pitted—as well as associated materials.
* Conduct regular facility walkthroughs to identify opportunities for improvement, misplaced materials or products, and necessary repairs.
* Inspect packaged products to ensure compliance with quality criteria.
* Ensure that good-quality fruit is not being sent to waste or to Grind.
Experience and Requirements
* Technical degree or engineering degree.
* 3 years of experience in production.
* Personnel management.
* Organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in machinery software.
* Line balancing.
* Knowledge of agricultural product sorting and packaging processes.
