




### **COOK** ### **Job Objective:** Prepare and present dishes in accordance with recipes, quality standards, and restaurant guidelines, ensuring flavor, hygiene, and excellent presentation. ### **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed high school or technical degree in Gastronomy * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in a kitchen * **Location:** Av. Lago de Guadalupe, Ejido San Miguel Chalma, State of Mexico ### **Skills and Competencies:** * Teamwork * Responsibility and punctuality * Adherence to hygiene and quality guidelines * Honesty and commitment * Service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn ### **Working Conditions:** * **Salary:** $8,500 net monthly * **Commissions:** 3% of restaurant sales (distributed among the kitchen team) * **Benefits:** As mandated by law * **Schedule:** Monday through Sunday, 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with one weekday day off ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes. * Maintain cleanliness and order at your workstation. * Ensure proper handling and storage of food. * Assist with inventory control and receipt of supplies. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Support the development of new dishes or menu improvements. * Collaborate with the chef to meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
