A professional in the field of engineering or architecture is required, full-time, residing near the construction site. Responsibilities include: reviewing in detail the execution project, construction schedule, and contract scope; using this information to verify topographic layout with references, elevations, etc.; supervising various stages of construction and installation processes; collecting documentation for quality certificates of materials, equipment, and on-site personnel; requesting, reviewing, and gathering inspection tests according to the quality plan; preparing the quality dossier in accordance with client requirements; tracking and recording material and construction element traceability; reviewing and, if applicable, authorizing concrete pours on site and recording such authorizations; preparing required reports according to the quality plan.
