* Position Name: Inventory Auditor * Direct Supervisor: Inventory Analyst * Contribution Level: Assistant * Department: Administration * Location: Durango Position Objective: To audit and review the physical count of merchandise performed by the Store Leader during the inventory process, to determine actual stock levels and provide reliable information to be used as the basis for store results, commission payments, inventory control, and the integrity of accounting records. Key Role Responsibilities: * Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of inventory reports at month-end to support prompt decision-making. * Complete the in-store security survey on permissions to identify opportunities and establish follow-up and management mechanisms. * Conduct in-store inventories by performing counts using handheld devices and transmitting data to detect shortages and/or overages of merchandise, identifying solutions to prevent recurrence. Key Decisions: * Request opening of tombola cash boxes to perform cash reconciliations. * Train store teams and report risks related to inventory and cash handling in stores. Requirements: * Education: Completed, in progress, or ongoing Bachelor's or Engineering degree in a related field; Completed High School. * Desired Previous Experience: Customer service, Merchandise inventory management, Audit processes. * Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Competencies: Systems thinking, Organization and Execution, Customer Orientation, Effective Relationships.
