Location: Durango, Durango. **Job requirements** * Minimum 5 years of experience in production areas within the electronics, automotive, or electrical components industries. * Proven experience leading plants or electronic assembly production areas (PCB, SMT, HARNESS, TESTING). * Experience implementing continuous improvement, automation, and cost reduction projects. * Management of key performance indicators. * Experience coordinating supervisors, engineers, and operators. * Intermediate-advanced English proficiency. **Required skills:** * Strategic leadership and results orientation. * Ability to plan, execute, and control production according to customer demand. * Excellent communication with engineering, quality, maintenance, and other departments. * Focus on efficiency, cost, safety, and quality. * Ability to develop talent and build high-performance teams. * Analytical skills and decision-making under pressure.
