OLIMP is looking for a Partner Success Manager who can deliver excellent customer service to all our customers. You’ll be responsible for communicating with customers and our partner warehouses to coordinate successful orders. Our Partner Success team is responsible for handling inbound customer requests and coordinate all aspects with our customer and warehouses, including drop off and pickup of freight. Our ideal candidate is self\-motivated, has excellent organizational skills, and works well with a team. This candidate should be comfortable multi\-tasking, working in a fast\-paced environment, and provide a high level of customer service. * Minimum associate or bachelor’s degree * Previous experience in logistics/ warehousing is a plus. * Strong oral and written communication skills * Computer proficiency is a must. * Excellent customer service skills and willingness to go the extra mile. * Ready to work in Chicago, USA time zone What you’ll do: * Handle a variety of inbound requests from customers and various scopes of work. * Handle 100\+ calls/emails daily. * Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the entire process. Provide updates as necessary to always keep customers in the loop. * Source a warehouse solution that can assist with the customer request and negotiate the best possible rates. * Coordinate with customers and warehouses to ensure smooth drop off and pickup. Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $21,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
