




**HOUSEKEEPER** **Position Objective:** Ensure the **cleanliness, order, hygiene, and proper presentation** of assigned rooms and areas, guaranteeing a high-quality and comfortable experience for guests, in accordance with the company’s service standards. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning and room preparation according to established procedures. * Maintain assigned common areas in optimal condition. * Inspect furniture, linens, and amenities, reporting any anomalies or damage. * Restock supplies and amenities according to defined standards. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and proper use guidelines for cleaning products. * Respond to requests related to cleaning services, maintaining respectful and professional conduct. * Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure smooth operation of the area. * Respect guests’ privacy, personal belongings, and confidentiality. **Position Requirements:** * Previous experience in cleaning activities, preferably in hotels or similar services (desirable). * Ability to perform physical tasks inherent to the position. * Attention to detail, organization, and responsibility. * Service-oriented attitude and teamwork skills. * Flexible availability for scheduling. **General Conditions:** * Work schedule aligned with hotel operations. * Initial and ongoing training. * Professional and respectful work environment.
