Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer/Technician with experience in remote and on-site support to perform equipment configuration, maintenance, repair, and information security management. Structured cabling project development **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Systems Technician, or Computer Science **Experience:** · Minimum 6 months of experience in Remote and/or On-site Support **Responsibilities:** · Preparation and configuration of new Windows 10 or newer devices · Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint · Corrective and preventive maintenance · Repair of computers and peripheral devices · Security policy configuration · Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles · Installation and configuration of peripheral devices · Infrastructure development for structured cabling projects **Knowledge Requirements:** · Backup creation, formatting, and software/hardware installation · Basic knowledge of structured cabling · Protocols and configuration of Active Directory accounts, domains, and VPN connections **Salary:** $12,000 monthly, tax-free. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $10,000.00 \- $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone Education: * Incomplete or ongoing higher technical education (Preferred) Experience: * Technical support: 1 year (Mandatory) Language: * English (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
