Job Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience as Head Bartender. * Knowledge of classic, modern, and innovative mixology. * Advanced inventory management and control. * Preparation of classic and modern cocktails. * Proficiency in using bar tools (shaker, jigger, muddler). * Extensive knowledge and experience with all types of wines, spirits, liqueurs, and beers. * Drink presentation and garnishing. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare classic and signature cocktails according to recipes and standards. * Serve customers at the bar in a courteous and professional manner. * Manage beverage, supply, glassware, and bar equipment inventories. * Monitor beverage and supply stock levels (minimum and maximum thresholds). * Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready bar area. * Control supplies and minimize losses. * Comply with hygiene and presentation standards. * Experience with SoftRestaurant or similar POS systems.
