We help companies automate processes, reduce errors, and comply with Mexican labor regulations. At PerZona, we seek individuals passionate about technology and with strong payroll expertise to join our implementation team. **Responsibilities** * Participate in the platform implementation process with new clients. * Perform bulk data uploads (employees, incidents, historical payroll periods). * Simulate, review, and validate payroll calculations to ensure accuracy. * Provide technical and accounting support to clients during implementation. * Track progress with clients via WhatsApp Business, CRM, and email. * Document procedures and provide feedback to the development team. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration. * **Experience:** 2–5 years in payroll, Human Resources, or accounting. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data validation). * Mexican labor legislation: Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law (LSS), Income Tax Law (LISR). * Payroll software experience: NOI and/or CONTPAQi Nóminas. * **Desirable:** * Payroll certification or specialization. * General knowledge of Human Resources. * Experience preparing reports and delivering client service. * Participation in any software development or technology implementation project. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented. * Enthusiastic about technology and continuous learning. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Proactive, results-driven, and experienced in startup environments. **Compensation** * **Monthly Salary:** MXN $20,000 – $23,000. * **Statutory benefits.** If you meet this profile and are excited to join a growing SaaS startup, apply now—we’d love to talk!
