Inclusive and collaborative work environment **Mandatory Requirement** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in social security. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, SUA, and payroll software. **Responsibilities:** * SUA and FONACOT calculations, calculation of discrepancies, review and reconciliation of annotations. * Transactions with IMSS and monthly reporting of executed transactions. * Review of biweekly INFONAVIT and FONACOT withholdings; cross-checking of active employees. * Review of IMSS-INFONAVIT compliance opinions. * Registration of employers with IMSS and FONACOT. * Calculation of social costs, various IMSS procedures, creation of spreadsheets for requested reports and documentation. * Use of virtual desktop, INFONAVIT corporate portal and IDSE, submission of INFONAVIT causals, IMSS clarifications. * Previous SUAS reports. * Completion of ST-7, tracking of disabilities. * Submission of quarterly ICSOE and SUSUB informational reports, generation of working sheets for data entry. * Generation of monthly and bimonthly payments. * Review, verification, and entry of INFONAVIT credits, etc. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Biweekly salary * Professional development opportunities * Continuous training and development programs * Inclusive and collaborative work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
