Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment **A prominent cosmetics laboratory specializing in shampoo production is seeking: Technical Support Analyst** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM **Work Location:** Melchor Ocampo neighborhood, Tesistán. **We Offer:** Competitive salary + statutory benefits **Job Objective** To provide comprehensive technical infrastructure support through the installation, monitoring, and maintenance of networks and computing equipment, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with quality and information security standards. **Responsibilities** * Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and WiFi networks. * Install and configure switches, routers, access points, and structured cabling. * Repair computing equipment (software and hardware). * Develop and execute the annual preventive and corrective maintenance program for equipment. * Respond to and resolve incidents related to networks and equipment. **Requirements** * Technical degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (degree certificate or graduation letter required). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in network and computing equipment support.
