This role requires a professional with strong organizational and analytical skills who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, oversee budgets, and provide clear visibility to senior management through executive reporting and KPI tracking. ##### **This is you** * **5\+ years** of experience in **Project Management or similar roles** * Strong experience with **MS Project and JIRA** * Experience preparing executive presentations for senior management * Experience managing project budgets and financial tracking * Proven experience delivering results aligned with KPIs * Knowledge of **project planning, risk analysis, and mitigation strategies** * Experience working with **Agile methodologies (SCRUM)** * Familiarity with PMI methodologies * Knowledge of AI tools applied to project or process optimization * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities * Ability to work in a hybrid format (partly from the office) ##### **Nice\-to\-have skills** * PMI certification or Master’s degree in Project Management * Experience with CMMI certification and quality standards * Knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL (2\+ years) * Familiarity with UML * Knowledge of operating systems and server administration ##### **This is your role** * Manage project **budgets**, **planning**, and **financial control** * Supervise project **commitments**, **timelines**, and **progress** across the department * Monitor and report **KPIs** and project **performance** **metrics** * Identify **risks** and define **mitigation** **strategies** * Create executive\-level presentations and reports for leadership teams * Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery * Support continuous improvement initiatives and innovation within project management practices ##### **What awaits you at Avenga?** * Long\-term engagement in impactful projects * Opportunity to work with multidisciplinary teams and leadership stakeholders * Exposure to modern project management practices and tools * A collaborative environment focused on innovation and professional growth *At Avenga, everyone matters.
