About the Role
We are seeking a **mining technical support specialist** with experience in **underground mining and tunneling projects**, responsible for ensuring the correct application, performance, and validation of products such as **mortars, concrete, shotcrete, and specialized solutions**, providing technical support to customers, sales teams, and projects under demanding operational conditions.
Your Skills and Experience
**Academic Qualifications**
* Degree in **Mining, Civil, or Geological Engineering, or a related field**.
* Certification in **shotcrete (EFNARC or ACI)** is desirable.
**Experience**
* **Minimum 3 years** of field and/or laboratory experience in:
+ underground mining
+ tunneling
+ shotcrete projects
* Participation in testing, commissioning, and execution of technical projects on mining sites.
* Experience interacting with customers, contractors, and operational teams.
**Specific Knowledge**
* Technical knowledge of:
+ **mortars, concrete, and shotcrete**
+ mixture design and adjustment
+ paste fill applications
+ fiber evaluation
* Conducting **laboratory and field tests**: compression, absorption, aggregate characterization.
* Operation of **application equipment (shotcrete machines, dosing systems)** – desirable.
* Ability to perform **technical benchmarking against competitors**.
* Preparation of **technical reports, statistical analyses, and presentations**.
* Knowledge of **mining safety standards (EHS)**.
**Skills and Competencies**
* Strong **technical analysis and problem-solving capabilities** in the field.
* Clear technical communication with customers, sales teams, and operational teams.
* Planning and organization of technical activities in complex projects.
* Ability to **train on-site personnel** on product application.
* Management of technical information and test data.
* Adaptability to work in **demanding environments (mine/tunnel)**.
* Collaborative work with laboratory, R\+D, sales, and operations departments.
* Strong results orientation and commitment to technical-operational compliance.
**Other Requirements**
* **Full availability to travel** and work on-site at mining projects.
* Ability to work under conditions of **high operational risk**.
* Basic/intermediate English (desirable).
* Focus on **safety, sustainability, and integrity** across all activities.
