The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record in managing complex technical projects. **Program Management** * Lead multiple API\-driven projects ensuring alignment with business goals. * Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, and oversee execution from conception to delivery. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. **Stakeholder Engagement** * Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. * Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels. * Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions to ensure project alignment. **Technical Expertise** * Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of APIs. * Oversee AWS infrastructure projects, ensuring optimal performance and cost\-efficiency. * Troubleshoot API and AWS\-related technical issues and provide strategic solutions. **Risk Management** * Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. * Monitor project progress and proactively address potential delays or issues. **Continuous Improvement** * Implement best practices and tools for project management and process improvement. * Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * 5\+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, particularly with API projects. * Extensive experience with AWS services and cloud architecture. * Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills.
