Responsibilities: * Review processes * Request products for inspections * Track findings related to Order & Cleanliness/5S * Document Procedures, Manuals, Work Instructions, Forms * Track Non-Conforming Product Handling * Coordinate Onboarding sessions and Training Matrix sessions * Track the Training Matrix * Review evaluations and training materials prior to releasing SOPs * Review Work Instructions * Conduct Gemba walks on the floor * Review Work Instructions * Track action plans resulting from Quality Walks and Gemba Walks * Track inventory status Requirements * Bachelor’s degree: Industrial Engineering / Business Administration / Pharmaceutical Biology Engineering / Chemical Engineering * English: Intermediate * Knowledge of inspection methods: 50% * Knowledge of ISO 9001\-2015 standard We Offer: * Salary: $20,000 gross monthly * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * 10% food vouchers * 13% savings fund * 30 days’ year-end bonus * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Direct employment contract with DHL JOB IDMX17905 COUNTRYMexico CITYMéxico CATEGORYQuality
