We seek a candidate with strong leadership skills, an operational mindset, and the ability to ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and productivity standards. Job Objective Supervise and ensure the proper operation of the industrial cafeteria, guaranteeing adherence to processes, quality standards, production control, and effective team leadership. Main Responsibilities * Supervise high-volume food production and service. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Coordinate and lead operational teams. * Monitor production processes, timelines, and quality standards. * Promptly resolve operational incidents. * Ensure order, discipline, and adherence to internal guidelines. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Gastronomy, Food Science, or related field (preferred). * Proven experience supervising industrial cafeterias or food service operations. * Knowledge of production control and high-volume food service. * Experience managing personnel. * Decision-making and problem-solving abilities. * Leadership and teamwork skills.
