What will you do in this role? * Coordinate and supervise daily food service operations. * Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. * Administer and develop operational teams and middle management. * Control costs, budgets, and service profitability. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). * Implement continuous improvements in operational processes. * Support internal and external audits. * Guarantee regulatory compliance and institutional guidelines. Candidate Profile * Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Gastronomy, Food Science, or related field. * Proven experience in managing industrial cafeterias or large-volume food service operations. * Experience managing operational staff. * Leadership ability and decision-making skills. * Results-oriented mindset and operational control capability. * Experience in food logistics and distribution.
