Position Summary: NEORIS is seeking a project leader for security migration and transformation, responsible for coordinating teams, defining strategies, and ensuring operational continuity. We are looking for (position name), Key Responsibilities: * Lead firewall migration and security transformation projects in on\-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments. * Coordinate internal teams, vendors, SOC, infrastructure, networking, cloud, and application teams. * Define migration strategies, implementation plans, rollback procedures, and containment actions. * Validate security architectures and operational controls. * Act as the primary technical advisor and escalation point during project execution. * Ensure operational continuity and minimal business impact during migrations. * Lead governance activities, risk management, compliance, and executive reporting. * Coordinate vulnerability remediation and infrastructure hardening. * Participate in executive and technical sessions with clients and global leadership. * Supervise engineering team activities without being the primary executor. * Ensure security best practices for critical systems and internet-facing assets. Requirements: * 8\+ years of experience in **Cybersecurity, Network Security, or Enterprise Infrastructure**. * 4\+ years leading security transformation or migration projects. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams and vendors. * Experience in enterprise and mission\-critical 24x7 environments. * Firewall technologies * Network segmentation * VPN technologies * NAT * High Availability architectures * WAF solutions * Security governance \& policies * Vulnerability \& patch management * IAM (Identity \& Access Management) * MFA enforcement strategies * SOC operational processes * Hybrid \& Cloud Security * Incident, Change \& Risk Management * Advanced English (B2\+/C1) mandatory. * Ability to lead technical and executive meetings in English. * Ability to produce technical and executive documentation in English.
