Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced General Director to strategically lead marketing and distribution companies, driving growth and profitability. Key Highlights: 1. Leading high-performance teams and optimizing resources **Previous Experience:** * 9–10 years as General Director in international marketing, import/export companies * Age: 55–60 years * Experience in the Automotive Industry; Automotive Parts * Institutionalization of Companies (Implementation and best practices) * Direct responsibility for Manufacturing, Operations (Warehousing), Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Projects, Strategic Management, Information Systems, Marketing, and Projects * Experience in Corporate Finance * Operation of Manufacturing Plants **Education:** * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, Finance, or related field, plus a Master’s degree in Executive Management, Strategic Planning, Business Management, Financial Administration, etc. * Advanced/Expert English **Key Responsibilities:** * Strategic leadership in marketing and distribution companies, ensuring business growth and profitability * Defining and implementing business plans, budgets, and short-, medium-, and long-term strategies * Leading high-performance teams aligned with achieving financial and operational objectives * Developing new business opportunities and key strategic alliances * Overseeing performance results, internal controls, and regulatory compliance * Optimizing resources, organizational structures, and key processes * Negotiating with national and international strategic customers and suppliers * Promoting innovation, organizational culture, and continuous improvement If you meet this profile and are seeking a new professional challenge, please send your CV to fernanda.camacho@grupotlt.com 449 897 9822 Salary: $120,000\.00 \- $150,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
