Job Summary:
This role involves conducting physical merchandise counts, validating inventories, detecting shortages or overages, evaluating inventory turnover, and verifying compliance with operational processes.
Key Highlights:
1. Fraud, theft, or misconduct detection.
2. Preparation of clear and executive audit reports.
3. Proposal of corrective actions and follow-up on findings.
**YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:**
· Conducting physical merchandise counts.
· Validating inventories against the system.
· Detecting:
o Shortages
o Overages
o Damaged or expired products
· Evaluating inventory turnover.
· Verifying compliance with processes:
o Goods receipt
o Storage
.o Picking and loading
· Assessing warehouse order, cleanliness, and conditions.
· Reviewing inbound and outbound controls.
· Identifying misconduct.
· Reviewing compliance with internal policies.
· Detecting fraud, theft, or misconduct.
· Evaluating critical operational points.
· Preparing clear and executive audit reports.
· Proposing corrective actions.
· Following up on findings until closure.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
Proven experience in: 2 to 4 years in Internal Audit, Inventory Control, Warehouse or Retail Operations, or Sales Supervision (desirable)
Bachelor's degree or technical program, preferably in Administration
Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month
