




Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Auditor to conduct physical counts, validate inventories, identify anomalies, and ensure compliance with internal processes and policies. Join our team as an ***OPERATIONAL AUDITOR, where your main responsibilities will be:*** · Conduct physical counts of merchandise. · Validate inventory against system records. · Identify: o Shortages o Overages o Damaged or expired products · Evaluate inventory turnover. · Verify compliance with processes: o Receiving of merchandise o Storage oo Picking and loading · Assess warehouse organization, cleanliness, and conditions. · Review control of entries and exits. · Accompany sales staff. · Validate: o Sales o Collections o Settlements · Detect improper practices. · Review: o Documentation o Invoices o Delivery notes · Validate cash closing procedures and cash handling. · Review compliance with internal policies. · Detect fraud, theft, or improper practices. · Evaluate critical operational points. · Prepare clear and executive audit reports. · Propose corrective actions. · Follow up on findings until closure. **Proven experience required in:** 2+ years in internal auditing, inventory control, warehouse operations or retail, and sales supervision (preferred) Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma, preferably in administration or related field Over 25 years of age.
