HR Generalist II

Administer and maintain the updated skills matrix, ensuring each associate has at least two certifications. Track employee progress in initial certifications (first and second), evaluating timely compliance based on established standards. Manage the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) on an annual and/or semi-annual basis in coordination with area supervisors, aligning training plans with organizational objectives. Coordinate and deliver onboarding induction sessions for new employees, including regulations, organizational culture, and internal processes. Analyze and report course effectiveness by monitoring attendance, course evaluations, participant grades, and instructor feedback. Record and manage certification data in the corresponding systems. Collaborate in developing training department indicators and metrics (certification compliance, course attendance, effectiveness, etc.). Coordinate with other departments such as Safety, Quality, or Production to ensure personnel meet training requirements from regulations or audits. Manage billing for employee dining and transportation services. Prepare and update employee passports. Perform modifications, additions, and deletions of JIBS in the system according to ISO standards. Record training courses in STPS and prepare DC\-3 forms. Focus on continuous improvement within the area. Support HR events that impact workplace morale.
